CANCELLATION (DAILY & WEEKLY) – Deposits are forfeited if the reservation is canceled within FOURTEEN (14) days of booking dates. Prior to 14 days, a $25 service charge will apply.
NO SHOWS – Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation will be considered a “NO SHOW.” NO SHOW will result in forfeiture of their deposit and will be charged for the entire reserved stay.
MONTHLY– NO REFUNDS are available for canceled Monthly reservations.
HOLIDAYS / EVENTS – We will return your deposit less a $25 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holidays deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date. Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservation carefully.

Additional guests over the age of 4 are additional $5 per person, per night (Maximum of 6 people per RV Site only)
Additional Fee of $5 will apply for a Friday and Saturday night.

No Lodging tax on stays over 90 Days
2nd Vehicle Fee $5 per day up to 5 days. After that flat fee of $25 per MonthBoat Fees $45 for up to 1 week. After 1 Week Flat fee of $60 per MonthCargo Trailer fee $5 per day up to 5 days . After 5 days flat fee of $50 per Month
Boat Wash Fees $15.00 up to 2 Nights or $50.00 for the 7nights
PAYMENT: A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation with balance due on arrival. Traveler’s checks, cash and major credit cards are welcome including American Express.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Reservation deposits may be applied to a future stay upon request at time of cancellation, this option is available only once for each reservation.
REFUNDS: We do not issue refunds for early departure or any other reason except in the event of a government mandated evacuation due to inclement weather.
