We rented one of the Tiny Homes and absolutely love it. The home was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed to feel comfortable.
This was our first experience in a Tiny home and we love it. Sugar Sands really set the bar high for future trips for our family.

We picked this place for the location to the many attractions and the reviews we looked at. The place is wonderful! The sites and size of them is a real plus! The concrete pads are great and we have plenty of space between sites to not worry about invading the neighbors privacy next to us. The security of this park is also a huge plus.
The laundry room is nice but some people don't seem to understand when it comes to washing items with pet hair. It creates a mess in the machine. Overall I would definitely come back!

We have stayed here almost a month now. Has been great. Large level concrete pads with a table. Privacy between sites provided by the trees and bushes. Only RV park setup this way, we went to others and looked. This is the best!

This is a great place. The sites are spaced out enough that you're not on top of the people next to you. The road is wide so it's easy to back in. We stayed on the back side of the property, and the wifi worked well enough that we could stream movies without interruption. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Some people traveling with us stayed in one of the tiny houses, and it was great as well. The staff is incredibly nice, and very helpful. The site is close to almost everything that we wanted to do while we were there. Pricing is great as well. Will definitely be back!
