Our Story
Sugar Sands RV Resort features 82 RV sites and 5 tiny homes. Every RV pad is a level 22′×60′ concrete pad with 30/50‑amp service, water, and sewer, a picnic table, and Wi‑Fi. The resort’s landscaped loop centers on our 3,300-sq-ft Clubhouse, TVs, games and roll‑up doors—plus a resort‑style pool and kids’ splash pad nearby.

Q: Can we arrive late?
A: No—there are no arrivals after 10:00 PM. Please plan for a daylight arrival if possible.

A: RVs: 2:00 PM / 11:00 AM. Tiny Homes: 2:00 PM / 10:00 AM.
Q: Do you allow generators?
A: Generators are not permitted anywhere in the resort.
