Pool & Splash Pad
Cool off in our resort‑style pool while the kids make waves at the splash pad. Please note: there’s no lifeguard on duty; children under 15 must be with an adult.
Pool Hours
- Open daily 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (weather permitting).
Clubhouse & Community Fun
Drop in for a round of billiards (pool table), shoot a game of shuffleboard, or prep a team snack in the community kitchen. We also set up indoor pickleball (seasonal)—watch the events calendar for dates.
Fitness Center (21+)
Keep your routine going in our fitness room. For liability reasons, guests under 21 may not use the exercise equipment—even with an adult present.
Bath House & Coin Laundry
Our wash house offers hot showers and convenient coin-op laundry. To ensure cleanliness, the building is fully closed for cleaning daily from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Laundry is $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry (change available in the office).
Wi‑Fi for Work & Play
Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi around the resort and in the clubhouse—perfect for email, streaming, and mapping your day’s plans.
Fire Pit & Landscaped Grounds
Gather after sunset by the community fire pit, stroll palm-lined roads, and enjoy generous 22′×60′ concrete pads with room to relax outside your rig.
Pets Welcome
Leashed pets are part of the family here. You’ll find pet-waste stations around the loop. Please note: pets are not permitted inside the clubhouse, pool area, laundry, fitness room, or wash house. A $25 fee applies if waste is not picked up. Tiny homes allow pets with a $45 per-pet fee; RV sites allow up to two pets per site.
Handy On‑Site Services
Need a quick clean? On-site washing is allowed—$5 for vehicles and $10 for RVs (pay at the office). Our courtesy trash pick-up runs daily; place secured bags at the curb by 10:00 AM.

Yes, the splash pad is next to the main pool inside the fenced area. Children must be supervised.

Guests 21 and older may use the fitness equipment. This policy is strictly enforced for safety and liability.
