     What is your cancellation policy?

*Please see our cancelation policy located under the [Campground Policies page](https://sugarsandsrvresort.com/campground-policy/).*

     What time is Check-in & Check-out? Is early Check-in & late Check-out permitted?

*For our RV sites Check-in is at 2 pm & Check-out is at 11 am. For Tiny Homes Check-in is at 2 PM & Check-out is at 10 AM. To request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact the office. They are only permitted if availability allows. **A $10 fee may apply.** **There are no arrivals allowed after 10 PM—NO EXCEPTIONS.*

     Can I arrive after the office is closed?

*Yes. The office staff will contact you the day of your arrival to advise you of the late check-in procedures. No arrivals allowed after 10 PM, as quiet hours are in effect after this time.*

     What happens if I need to leave before my departure date?

*There are no refunds for early departure for any reason, except in the case of a Government mandated evacuation.*

     Can I request a specific campsite?

*We **do not** guarantee specific sites. However, if the resort is not at 100% capacity upon check in, you may check for other site availability.*

     Is there storage on-site for boats and trailers?

Yes we do offer boat and trailer storage on your site. If your boat or trailer is too large for your site we do have a few spots next to our maintenance building. Please call for fees.

     Are there restrictions on the type of RV units allowed?

*Yes, all RVs should be clean, in good repair and no older than 10 years. If your RV is older than 10 years, please call our office. You will be required to submit a photo of your unit for management approval before your reservation is confirmed.*

     Are campfires permitted?

*Only propane operated firepits are permitted and must remain on the concrete pad.*

     How close is the beach?

*Gulf Shores Public Beach, Gulf State Park Beach and Orange Beach are all approximately a 15-minute drive from the resort, depending on the time of year and traffic.*

     How far is the nearest grocery store & shopping center?

*Publix is the nearest grocery store located 3 miles from the resort. Walmart in Gulf Shores is located 5.3 miles away and the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley is just 7.6 miles away.*
