### CANCELLATION POLICIES

- **Cancellation (Daily & Weekly)**: All daily and weekly reservations are non-refundable. However, guests may reschedule their reservation once for a $10 fee, valid for up to 6 months from the original booking date.
- **No-shows or same-day cancellations**: The full **$500 deposit is forfeted.**

**If you need to cancel your monthly reservation, the $500 deposit will be refunded based on the amount of notice provided:**

- **60 days or more notice:** Full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
- **31–60 days’ notice:** 50% refund ($250).
- **30 days or fewer notice:** No refund.

Rates are for 2 People.

Additional guests over the age of 4 are additional $5 per person, per night (Maximum of 6 people per RV Site only)

Additional Fee of $5 will apply for a Friday and Saturday night.

No Lodging tax on stays over 90 Days

2nd Vehicle Fee $5 per day up to 5 days. After that flat fee of $25 per MonthBoat Fees $45 for up to 1 week. After 1 Week Flat fee of $60 per MonthCargo Trailer fee $5 per day up to 5 days . After 5 days flat fee of $50 per Month

Boat Wash Fees $15.00 up to 2 Nights or $50.00 for the 7nights

### RESERVATION POLICIES:

**PAYMENT:** A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation with balance due on arrival. Traveler’s checks, cash and major credit cards are welcome including: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover,

**CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:** Reservation deposits for daily and weekly stays are non-refundable. Guests have the option to reschedule their reservation once for a $10 fee, applicable to a future stay within 6 months of the original reservation date.

**REFUNDS:** We do not issue refunds for early departure or any other reason except in the event of a government mandated evacuation due to inclement weather.

**NOTE:** We make every effort to accommodate our guests, but we can not guarantee specific site locations.
